Dr. Margeaux Oliva is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist with a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered fertility care. She completed both her medical degree and OB/GYN residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, where she also served as Administrative Chief Resident. She went on to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Oliva is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Her clinical interests include personalized fertility treatments, egg freezing, and advanced IVF protocols customized to meet each patient’s unique needs. Having personally undergone infertility treatment, she brings a unique perspective to patient care—combining medical expertise with deep empathy and understanding. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered.

Her research has been published in leading journals such as Fertility and Sterility and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Dr. Oliva is proud to care for patients in her home state. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, two kids, and their dog.
