As we are always looking for ways to improve our process and better connect to our patients, Aspire developed a resource for communicating called Aspire Connect; a platform specifically designed to address and alleviate these common concerns.
Aspire Connect is a messaging and patient portal system that can be accessed at any time, and helps you directly manage your care and fertility treatment. There are three components in the Aspire Connect system:

Aspire Connect Patient Portal
This unique patient portal is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to provide you with access to your account, medical records and even helpful resources. You can easily connect to the portal on your PC, or on your iOS or Android mobile device.
Have a question about your medication dose, but it’s late in the evening? Check the Portal to review your instructions and even your lab results. This eliminates late night panicking about misunderstood instructions. You can also double check your appointment times and submit important forms.
Aspire Connect Messaging
We know that you’re busy and not always able to drop everything to make a phone call. That’s why we incorporated 2-way text messaging system so you can get in touch with your Aspire team. There are so many ways that you can use this messaging system, including:
- Reschedule an appointment
- Request a video consulting session
- Confirm your medication dose
- Send a question or message
- Receive appointment reminders
- Get links to medication instruction videos
- Get a link to your lab results on the Aspire Connect Portal
- Just check in to see how everything is going
Best of all, you can delete sensitive messages from your phone immediately because the Aspire Connect Portal stores all your messages. This means that you don’t have to worry about private information accidently being seen, all while not worrying about losing any important information.
Aspire Connect Video
Aspire Video is a unique video platform that allows you to connect in a face-to-face manner with your fertility team without having to take time off work. Using your smartphone, tablet or PC, you can connect to your nurse, physician, or counselor through HD quality video conferencing.
To access Aspire Connect Video, one of our team members will help you install the video platform’s mobile app during one of your visits. Simply request a video conference and we’ll send you a message at your appointment date and time so you can easily join the video session.
While you can use Aspire Connect Video on the go, it is recommended that you connect using a WiFi network to minimize your data charges, and maximize video quality.
